Return Policy

All products must be returned in original condition.
All returns should be insured. We are not responsible for packages lost by the shipping service.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return for refund

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase you may return it within 14 days for a refund. Customer pays return shipping and a 3% restocking fee to cover the credit card processors pocketing the processing fee. Returns are for store credit only on Phone Orders and in store purchases.

Return for store credit

You may return it within 30 days for a store credit good online or in either of our physical stores for 7 years. Returns for store credit have no restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.

We ship UPS or US Postal Service.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% sales tax. No sales tax for items shipped to the rest of the US.

Special Orders

If you want to order an item in a different size or configuration call us and ask. Delivery time on special orders is highly variable depending on the item. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Repairs

There is a variable fee for repairs on most items. Some items should be sent to the people that made them. Call and ask.

Color Accuracy

We do our best to take accurate photographs.
Because every computer screen displays colors differently, the colors in the photo may differ slightly from the actual item.
